Cellphone Ban? Should businesses be allowed to restrict cellphone use?
The use of mobile phones is now forbidden in many hospitals, and recently doctors offices around the nation have begun prohibiting patients from talking on them in waiting rooms. Now some businesses are threatening to charge people who wont hang up, and one restaurant in Seattle is even billing diners for cell chatter. It has yet to actually force anyone to pay up.

Absolutely. This happened tonight at dinner. Some girl was yappin about her sex life on her phone talking extra loud because the restaurant was packed. I dont want to hear what Johnny SonSo did to you last night while Im sitting at a table with my y.o. niece. And she was ugly, which made it even worse!!
