ok my cellphone got taken away and shut off and the bill is supposed to bo . but its ., so anyways my mom said until i can be responsible an handle a cell phone i cant get it back. so the question is how can i prove to my mom that i am responsible enough to handle a cell phone.

To be honest with you there is no way to prove to your mother that you are responsible enough ti have a cell phone. She said that on purpose because deep down inside shes angry that you brought the bill up so high. Until you get a job and can pay your own bills then you will get your cell phone back. But usually all mothers say that when there angry and end up giving you back a phone anyway. Cause hses going to want to track your every movements.
